Office Volunteers
The friendly office staff will take your calls. If you need to cancel your journey please give as much notice as you can. Do not leave an answerphone message, as we cannot guarantee listening to it.
You can only book your trips by phone. Please don’t email as the email address is not manned by office staff.
Office Volunteers
Our volunteer drivers, who are all DBS checked, will take you, in their own cars, door to door and either wait for you while you attend your appointment or will drop you off and arrange to pick you up at a specified time.

Becoming a volunteer
We have a number of office staff and drivers who give up their time willingly; however, we are always looking for more people to cover the lifts. Please:
- Phone 0118 948 3466 or email the office office@cavershamgoodneighbours.org.uk giving your details which will be passed on to the Recruitment Officer
- You will then receive some information about CGN and an application form, which will include names of two referees we can contact
- We will need to do a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check too as a driver
- Once this is received we will meet with you to answer any questions you have to show you the booking system
